All services provided by Just Blissful Events are custom and made-to-order. As such, all payments are non-refundable.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service.

In the event of a cancellation or reschedule request, accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of Just Blissful Events and are not guaranteed.

Once services have been delivered and/or installed, no refunds, adjustments, or exchanges will be issued.

Just Blissful Events is not responsible for damages caused by weather, venue conditions, or third-party interference once installation is complete.

Balloon installations and equipment must not be moved once set up. Just Blissful Events is not responsible for any damage, safety concerns, or performance issues resulting from items being moved, altered, or tampered with by clients, guests, or venue staff after installation.

By booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Delivery and installation are required. Delivery fees are calculated based on location. Pickup is not available due to the custom nature of this installation.

For safety and quality assurance, ONLY Just Blissful Events STAFF is authorized to adjust or dismantle installations.

Every installation is uniquely designed to match your event theme, color palette, and vision. No two designs are exactly the same, ensuring a one-of-a-kind experience.
